A public hearing will be held August 25, 2026 at 4 pm at Hudson Township road barn located at 2110 Jim’s Road, Macon, Missouri, at which time citizens may be heard on the property tax rates proposed to be set by Hudson Township Special Road District, a political subdivision of Macon County.

BID REQUEST FOR TRUCK PURCHASE
Hudson Township Special Road District is requesting bids for A PICKUP TRUCK.
1. Bid needs to offer the below minimum vehicle specifications: ¾ ton or heavier; crew cab; 4
WD; AT; gas; 6 ½’ bed
2. Bid is for the purchase of the vehicle and needs to include transportation and delivery.
3. Bids may be mailed to the Road District Garage at 2110 Jims Road, Macon, Missouri 63552, or
dropped off at the same address. Bids need to be RECEIVED by 12 NOON. on February 25,
2026. Bids will be opened at the meeting on the 25th at 1:00 p.m.

Hudson Township Special Road District is requesting bids from quarries for rock, hauled by Hudson Township. Bids to be effective from MARCH 1, 2026 to FEBRUARY 28, 2027

Interested bidders should call 660-385-4432 or arrange to pick up a bid specification sheet. Bids may be mailed to or left at the road district shop at 2110 Jims Road, Macon, MO 63552 before NOON on FEBRUARY 10, 2026

BIDS WILL BE OPENED FEBRUARY 10, 2026, AT 2:30 pm at the road district shop.

Notice is hereby given to all qualified voters of Hudson Township Special Road District, Macon, Missouri, that the General Election will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, for the purpose of electing:

*One Commissioner - three-year term

Filing will take place at Macon City Hall Monday - Friday during the following regular business hours beginning at 8:00am, December 9, 2025, and ending at 5pm December 30, 2025.

Please note that City Hall will be closed December 24th and 25th for Christmas.

Candidates shall declare their intent to become a candidate in person and in writing to the City Clerk or her authorized representative. The names of the qualified applicants shall be placed on the ballot in the order of filing. Candidates must comply with all laws concerning eligibility.
