In 2017, Irving Tissue chose Macon-Bibb County for a new manufacturing facility. What began as a major investment has since grown into one of our community’s biggest success stories.

That momentum continued in 2024, when Irving announced a $600 million Phase 3 expansion expected to create another 100 jobs. Altogether, Irving Tissue has invested approximately $1.5 billion in Macon and created more than 500 well-paying jobs.
