As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we are grateful to have hosted A Side of Serenity, an afternoon focused on wellness, resilience, reflection, and restoration.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Rev. Sheknita Smith, Director of Ministry Operations/Community Outreach of Bibb Mount Zion to our office to share meaningful takeaways on managing stress and prioritizing mental health while continuing to serve others with strength and professionalism.

A heartfelt thank you to our phenomenal keynote speaker for providing wisdom, encouragement, and grounding techniques that reminded us resilience is not the absence of hardship, but the ability to remain grounded, supported, and whole throughout it.
