You can help us break ground on a building dedicated to conservation!

With a Stewardship Building, our stewardship staff who care for your protected landscapes won't have to maneuver around the office computer servers anymore. They'll have a dedicated space to get oily working on our truck and UTVs. Or to dry out prairie seeds for next year's planting.

Our division Prairie Land Conservancy is excited to host the Kids Booth at the Macomb Farmers Market this weekend!

Drop by the booth to learn about tree rings and decorate your very own "Tree Cookie" to take home!

To celebrate our FIFTIETH YEAR our staff and board decided that our mission statement needed to reflect this new era. So much has changed about West Central Illinois. But our desire to enhance the environment and standard of living has NOT.

Mission Statement:
"Prairie Hills RC&D strives to preserve our environment, build resilient communities, and improve the quality of life in West Central Illinois."

We can't achieve our mission without supporters like you! Whether you have planted trees with us. Helped set up tables at an event. Or donated resources. Thank you.
