The Macomb Township Recreation Center opened its doors on July 19, 2004. This state of the art 90,000 square foot facility offers 2 pools (with water slide, a lazy river and other water features), 2 gymnasiums, 2 aerobics room, cardiovascular equipment machines, free weights area, figure eight running track, soft play indoor playscape, child watch room, games room, meeting space and 2 party rooms. The Recreation Center also offers personal training, numerous free family fun events every year and various senior activities.

Save this video for your next walk in the park. The Nature Preserve is located on 26 Mile Road just east of Card Road. This park will be open for patrons to walk the trails 7 days a week from 9:00am – dusk, The Nature Preserve will be closed during the winter months.

Add some focus to your stroll! Starting this Saturday!👟🌳🎧

The Step Club will utilize the trail from the Rec Center though Town Center Park, to the Macomb Corners trail and back to provide a fun and energizing atmosphere, and a unique silent‑headphone experience that turns a simple walk into something people genuinely look forward to.

The Step Club Program will use linked silent headsets to create loud energy. You don’t just walk, you vibe, you sweat and you level up. Every step is a beat drop that leads to greater activity and healthier you.

Unwind and get creative at Paint Night Out! This relaxed, social class is perfect for anyone looking to try something new, no experience necessary. Each monthly session features a different themed project and introduces easy-to-follow techniques using watercolor, acrylic paints, and mixed media.

Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages to enjoy during class. Participants consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older.
