From the Machesney Library: Our Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) book fair will begin on Wednesday, May 20, and continue through Wednesday, May 27. Your students can shop at the book fair during their library class, and the book fair will be open during Community Day on Wednesday, May 27, from 12:45-2:00 pm in the Art Room, which is accessible from the playground.

You can set up your student's E-WALLET by going to the fair website at: https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/machesneyelemschool2 If your student has any remaining funds in their e-wallet from our last book fair, you will have those funds available in your Scholastic account as a gift card. Please create a new E-WALLET for our BOGO book fair and add funds to it by using that gift card.

The BOGO book fair is a GREAT way to have your students choose books to read over the summer!

We are proud to share that Sebastian V. has been selected as the winner of the North Park Water Art Contest! His creativity and talent truly stood out among many impressive entries.

As the winner, Sebastian has received a cash prize, and his artwork will be proudly featured in North Park’s newsletter and on the official website.
