Here's what you need to know about parking for this weekend's Spirit of Macedonia:

• All parking is located within Longwood Park.
• Multiple paved, gravel and grassy lots will be utilized.
• Handicap accessible parking will offer shuttles to the main festival area.
• Please follow signs and directions from parking attendants.
• Absolutely no parking along SR 82/East Aurora Road.

The City of Macedonia is a proud supporter of the Historical Society of Old Northfield and their work to preserve our local history. Stop by their Ice Cream Social on July 12 from 5-6:30 p.m. There will be free ice cream, door prizes, and tours of the Palmer House Museum. Donations will help fund a new furnace for the museum. www.hson.info

Don't forget: If you need mulch for your landscaping projects, the City of Macedonia can help! Free double-processed natural mulch is still available at the Service Garage, 9000 Valley View Road, while supplies last.

Mulch pickup and loose brush drop-off are available:
• Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Saturdays, June 20 & 27: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Please bring a valid ID, as this program is for Macedonia residents only. Residents are responsible for loading and hauling their own mulch.

Our Senior Bus Trips are always going somewhere fun!

One of our latest adventures took participants to Game Show Duels in Middleburg Heights, where they joined in the excitement of live game shows like Wheel of Fortune, Deal or No Deal, and Family Feud. With a lively host, friendly competition, and lots of laughs, it was a winning day for everyone.
