RELOCATION
05 Mar, Newcomers Orientation, 7:30am-12pm Mandatory briefing for new personnel arriving to MacDill. This briefing covers information specific to MacDill, the local community, and provides helpful resources. Spouses are highly encouraged to attend.
11 Mar, Dorm Departure Program, 9:00-10:00am Dorm Departure Program (D2 Program) consists of two parts: 1. Completion of D2 Brief and 2. Completion of 1:1 Budget review.

READINESS/DEPLOYMENT
Pre-Deployment/Remote Tour Briefing is offered Thursday’s, 1–2PM This briefing covers multiple topics to include, emotional cycles of deployment/unaccompanied tour, family, and support services offered to deployed/remote tour members and their families. Spouses are highly encouraged to attend our weekly briefings. Email [email protected] to register.
Reintegration occurs every Tuesday and Friday at 9AM Location is the Bldg 18 training room. Prior registration required. UDMs please email [email protected]. This briefing covers successful strategies on return/reintegration, along with instructions on how to complete the checklist.
Spouse Reintegration Occurs every 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 1–2PM The purpose of this briefing is to discuss reintegration strategies.

Why: To provide valuable insights into achieving financial success by learning from common mistakes people make while pursuing their financial goals. This session is designed to empower attendees with the knowledge to better manage debt, plan for retirement, and invest for the future.

Who: Military families, service members, retirees, contractors, and civilians with access to MacDill Air Force Base
What: Bautista Project Inc., in partnership with Feeding Tampa Bay and community partners, will host a food pantry and resource hub, providing essential food and support services for military families facing food insecurity and helping ease financial and emotional stress.
When: Wednesday, 18 March: 12:00- Until Supplies Last

ESL Combination class
Who: Open to Coalition Spouses
What: ESL Grammar classes are designed to promote English Language Learning for Coalition Spouses who have relocated with a mission partner assigned to a COCOM at MacDill AFB. In addition to improving conversational English, this class will also give students an opportunity to learn, socialize, and build lasting friendships.
