Mabscott Fireworks Ordinance
Proposed June 21, 2018

In the town of Mabscott, fireworks may be legally discharged before midnight on the following dates:

DAY OF NEW YEARS DAY
DAY OF JULY 4
DAY OF LABOR DAY
DAY OF THANKSGIVING DAY
DAY OF CHRISTMAS

Fireworks discharged at any other time will be considered illegal and those who discharge them will be subject to a fine.
