It’s only June, but we wanted to share this important update well before the first day of school!

Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, Mabank ISD elementary students at Central, Southside, and Lakeview may bring a clear, refillable water bottle to school. To help keep classrooms clean, safe, and focused on learning, water will be the only beverage permitted in student water bottles.

Thank you for helping us prepare for a smooth start to the school year. We appreciate your partnership in keeping our Panthers healthy, hydrated, and ready to learn!

We look forward to celebrating our students during our Central Elementary End of Year Awards Ceremonies! 💚🖤🤍

Please take a moment to review the ceremony schedules and important arrival/dismissal procedures attached to help our events run smoothly for all families.

A few reminders:
• All parking will be located at the back of the building
• Please enter through Entrance 3/Gym Door
• If you did not sign your child out using our pre-checkout form, following the ceremony, students will return to class and will need to be checked out through the front office.

Our Central Elementary PTO- Mabank ISD Summer Block Party was SO MUCH FUN!! Thanks to our PTO and Central Friends and Families! It was a great turn out and fun was had by all!

We welcome our Central Students and Families to come celebrate a GREAT year and kick off to Summertime with us!
Parents must accompany and supervise children at all times!
We hope to see you there!

The event is free but there will be stations that require a purchase
1. Inflatables ($5 for unlimited or $15 for a family of 4+)
