Most of the Artwork dates to about 1930s to 1960. Prior to that, when prisoners would draw and write on the walls, they would paint over it by the end of every year.
Founded in 1946 as a nonprofit to preserve and share local history. We love local history! We are open to the public from mid-March to mid-December.
