Stop by the Computer Lab for help using Tinkercad, a free online 3D modeling program. Whether you’re just getting started or need assistance with a project, you’re welcome to come and go as you please. Please note that this is not a formal class, so be prepared to do a little critical thinking on your own or collaborate with a neighbor as you explore and create. No registration required.

~Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!~
From September 15 through October 15, we celebrate the rich histories, vibrant cultures, traditions, achievements, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities in the United States and around the world.

A Little History:
Hispanic Heritage Month began in 1968 as Hispanic Heritage Week under President Lyndon B. Johnson. In 1988, it was expanded to a full month, covering September 15 through October 15.

Why does the celebration begin on September 15? The date marks the anniversary of independence for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Mexico celebrates its independence on September 16, followed by Chile on September 18.

From literature and art to music, food, science, education, business, and public service, generations of Hispanic and Latino Americans have helped shape the history and culture of the United States.

Throughout Hispanic Heritage Month, we invite our community to celebrate the culture, discover the history, and explore the stories that have made and continue to make an incredible impact.

🏋️ FITNESS COURT & STUDIO WITH SAFETY REMINDER UPDATE!
The landscaping, seating, and stair railings are officially in and looking great! We’re now waiting on additional signage that will reinforce the warnings and safety information already posted on the Fitness Court wall.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDER:
The Fitness Court® & Studio is designed for AGES 14 & OLDER.

For safety reasons, the equipment is not designed for children under age 14. We ask parents and caregivers to please help us keep younger children off the Fitness Court equipment.

We want everyone to enjoy this exciting new amenity but most importantly, we want everyone to enjoy it safely! 💪

More finishing touches are still to come as we get ready for our Fitness Court® & Studio Launch Day on September 30 @ 10 AM!
