👖 Denim Day 2026 | April 29
Did you know Denim Day began after a court overturned a SA conviction, claiming that because the survivor was wearing tight jeans, she must have helped remove them—implying consent?
The next day, women in the Italian Parliament wore jeans to work in protest. That moment sparked what is now Denim Day, a global movement to challenge victim-blaming and support survivors.
💙 This year, Denim Day is Wednesday, April 29.
👖 How you can take part:
• Wear denim on April 29
• Encourage your workplace, school, or organization to participate
• Start conversations about consent
• Take a photo and tag us to show your support
When we wear denim, we’re making a statement:
There is no excuse for SA. Ever.
If you or someone you know needs support, we’re here to help.
Let’s stand together and support survivors.

Lies. Lies. Lies.

That’s all Donald Trump has to sell to the American people.

Four years ago today, people around the world watched in horror as a violent mob stormed our nation's Capitol in a direct assault on our democracy.

WA Dems remain committed to upholding our democratic values, safeguarding free and fair elections, the rule of law, and the peaceful transfer of power to ensure that an attack like Jan. 6 never happens again.

We also remember and honor the 140 brave officers who were injured and those who tragically lost their lives due to the insurrection. Their sacrifice reminds us of the urgent need to defend our democracy against all threats.
