Our child care program looking for full-time and part-time Early Childhood EducationAssistant & Float Teachers who LOVE guiding young children in their learning. We are interested in someone who has experience working with children between 6 weeks to 5 years old, is loving, very flexible and patient, dependable, and is organized with strong time management skills, and a quick learner. Multi-lingual or being a Nature Enthusiast is a plus. The right applicants must be available Monday through Friday. Having a MERIT account is a plus. Must be able to pass DEL background check and TB test.
POSITION AVAILABLE:
-Full-Time: Assistant & Float Teachers: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

-ECE degree or CDA

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have some experience working with children between 6 weeks to 5 years old, is loving, very flexible and patient, and dependable.
-Must be able to pass DEL background check and TB test
-Must be 18 years or older
-High school diploma or GED
-Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Knowledgeable in child development, Ability to work as a team player, Follow direction and work independently, Ability to stay on schedule, Customer service and problem solving skills.
-Physical: Sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting a minimum of 40 lbs.
-Mental: Ability to solve problems on a daily basis and multi-task numerous activities, while able to act swiftly and maintain composure in stressful situations.
