📣 The City and the Lynn Opioid Working Group is making up to $100,000 available to support initiatives that supplement and strengthen resources for organizations serving Lynn residents affected by substance use disorder (SUD).

✅ Funded projects must demonstrate measurable outcomes and align with the City’s commitment to public health and equity.
✅ Organizations must be located in Lynn or demonstrate that at least 51 percent of the individuals served by proposed project are Lynn residents.
✅ Applications are open through September 30.

The City of Lynn is under a mandatory water ban. The City’s reservoirs are at 48.7% capacity, and the MassDEP has declared a Level 3 Drought status for our region.

We require full cooperation of residents, businesses, and municipal departments to reduce water use and protect Lynn’s water supply.

All non-essential use of outdoor watering is prohibited.

There will be leaf and yard waste pick-up from September 14th-18th. Please ensure your yard waste barrels or bags are left curbside.

Due to high volumes, there may be collection delays. If your waste is not retrieved on your regular collection week, please contact the Department of Public Works (DPW).

The City of Lynn honors the first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who answered the call in a time of unimaginable need. 25 years later, we remember their courage, the families who continue to carry their loss, and the enduring strength of communities coming together to support one another. 🇺🇸
