2:15 PM Update

Staff has completed the repair of the broken 12-inch water line which included repair in two locations on the line and replacing a water valve. The water should be back on before 3:00 PM. The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory remains in effect until clearance samples from the lab indicate it can be lifted. Estimated to be 48 hours for sampling purposes and then awaiting clearance samples from the lab.

PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE
Date: 6/11/2026

This notice is being issued due to a 12-inch water main break by a contractor that occurred today.

Affected Area:
Everything between Harrison Ave and FL Hwy 77 on Baldwin Rd.
Everything between FL Hwy 77 and Minnesota Ave on Baldwin Rd.
Everything between Baldwin Rd and Minnesota Ave.
Everything between FL Hwy 77 and Mosley High School

PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER ADVISORY INSTRUCTIONS
Until bacteriological testing confirms that the water is safe to drink, customers in the affected area are advised to bring all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth etc. to a rolling boil for at least (1) minute.

Allow water to cool before use. Bottled water may also be used.
This precautionary notice will remain in effect until satisfactory bacteriological sample results are received.

A formal rescission notice will be issued once the advisory has been lifted.

For additional information, please contact the City of Lynn Haven Utility Department at (850) 265-0087 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Some nights just remind you how special our community really is.

Friends, neighbors, families, and visitors gathered at Sheffield Park last night to enjoy a perfect evening of live music from the Will Thompson Band, and what a night… From the first song to the last, the band delivered an incredible performance that had the crowd fully engaged and enjoying every minute.

To say the band crushed it would be an understatement, considering the audience responded with a standing ovation to close the show.

Moments like these are a reminder that we live in a truly special place, surrounded by great people who enjoy one another's company, and nights like these make lasting memories. ❤

Thank you to everyone who joined us and thank you to the Will Thompson Band for an unforgettable night at Sheffield Park. ❤
