What to Bring
All applicants should have one form of ID ready:
Driver’s license, state ID, passport card, or passport
If you are age 65+ or collecting Social Security disability benefits, you may also need:
Property details from your Tax Collector’s office or your 2024 and 2025 property tax bills
Gross income reported on your 2024 and 2025 NJ-1040
If you are under 65 and not collecting Social Security disability benefits, you may also need:
Property details from your Tax Collector’s office or your 2025 property tax bill
Gross income reported on your 2025 NJ-1040
