What a great night at the ballpark for Alliance Night at the Hill City Howlers. The weather was perfect, the crowd was fantastic, and the food, conversations and fellowship made for an awesome evening with Alliance members and friends.

At a time when conversations are becoming increasingly divisive and civility can feel increasingly difficult, Leadership Lynchburg is preparing to announce a new initiative designed to help our region address incivility and bring people together to tackle challenging issues collaboratively.

What does that mean for Lynchburg?

Join Leadership Lynchburg and the Alliance for an important conversation about the future of civic leadership in our region—and a new opportunity to help our community approach difficult conversations and challenges differently.
