Have you or someone you know recently been diagnosed with Lyme disease? Researchers at the NIH are seeking participants to help advance our understanding of Lyme disease and improve future treatment and prevention efforts.
If you have experienced symptoms such as a Lyme rash (erythema migrans), facial palsy, meningitis, heart block, or arthritis, you may be eligible to participate in a clinical study at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Yesterday, CVHD had the pleasure of attending and participating in Senior Health & Fitness Day at Diamond Hill Community Center! 💙

This event came together through incredible collaboration & participation from the the Lynchburg Healthy Heart LC, with every partner playing an important role in making the day a success.

Attendees enjoyed a variety of fun and engaging activities, including tap dancing and karate demonstrations, a Healthy Heart Walk, heart-healthy education and resources, and blood pressure screenings provided by the health department.

It was amazing to see the community come together to promote healthy aging, wellness, and active living!
