Last week, our AI Fire, Impact Fire, and Academy Fire leaders came together in Orlando for our Managers Conference—an energizing few days focused on connection, collaboration, and leadership growth.

We’re grateful for the time, ideas, and engagement our managers brought to the table as we aligned on priorities, shared best practices, and strengthened relationships across our teams. Events like this reinforce what makes our organization strong: committed leaders who invest in their people and our future.

As we head back to our teams across the country, we’re excited to carry this momentum forward—putting ideas into action, strengthening our culture, and continuing to lead with purpose.

Today is Veteran’s Day!

From all of us at AI Fire, Academy Fire, and Impact Fire, we give all our veterans a simple, yet heartfelt message – Thank you! Thank you for your service. We want you to know that your example serves to inspire others who follow in your footsteps. Thank you for your selfless service in peacetime and in war. Regardless of your service and the era in which you have served, your sacrifices have allowed us the freedom we enjoy. We recognize that all veterans have given something of themselves to this country and some have given it all.

We ask that everyone please take the time to thank a Veteran today and every day.

As you may know, the origin of Thanksgiving was a time for pilgrims to stop and give thanks for the harvest of the past year. With Thanksgiving upon us and the holidays fast approaching, we all should give thanks to those around us, our friends, family, and coworkers. Overall, the company has been fortunate that there is a continued demand for essential fire protection and life safety services, and it is abundantly clear that our success is not derived by the efforts of a few, but through the commitment of our entire team.

To all our field operations at Impact Fire and the national accounts team at Academy Fire and all the support staff and customers throughout the country, we want to give our heartfelt thanks. Thank you for your continued commitment and hard work to keep us moving forward. Thank you for knowing that what you do each day does matter. Thanksgiving Day is a tremendous opportunity to spend time with friends and family - please stop for a moment to give thanks and praise.

Today is Veterans Day across our great country. Americans will honor our brave men and women who have underwritten our freedom by their duty, honor, and selfless service. We recognize that all our veterans have given something of themselves to this country and some have given all – laying down their lives to defend the freedoms we hold so dear. We honor those great veterans who have given their lives in the defense of liberty and all veterans who have honorably worn the uniform of this great nation.


To all our veterans - Thank you for your service. We want you to know that your example serves to inspire others who follow in your footsteps. Thank you for your selfless service in peacetime and war, here in this nation and throughout the world. For all veterans, regardless of their service and the era in which they have served, have paid a price for the freedom we enjoy.

What is a Veteran?

They are an ordinary and yet an extraordinary human being - a person who offered some of his life's most vital years in the service of his/her country, and who sacrificed his/her ambitions so others would not have to sacrifice theirs.

So, remember, each time you see someone who has served our country, just lean over, and say Thank You. That's all most people need, and in most cases, it will mean more than any medals they could have been awarded or were awarded.

Two little words that mean a lot, "THANK YOU".

"It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protestor to burn the flag."
