Angelina & Neches River Authority Providing water resource solutions and protecting the waterways of the Neches River Basin since 1935.

ANRA monitors water quality, distributes water supply, provides water and wastewater treatment, licenses and inspects on-site sewage facilities, and produces compost. Based in Lufkin, ANRA is a government entity created by the Texas state legislature under the authorization of the Texas State constitution. ANRA's jurisdiction includes portions of 17 Texas counties.
