Notice to City Residents:

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Due to an unexpected delay, July water bills will be mailed later than usual this month. As a result, the payment due date has been extended from August 10, 2026, to August 15, 2026.

If you have attempted to make a payment online, please note that online payments will not post to your account until midday on August 4, 2026.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding.

The Ludowici Water Department will temporarily interrupt water service due to emergency road repair work.

Effective: Immediately, July 16, 2026
At this time, there is no estimated time for service restoration (ETA). Crews are working to complete the necessary repairs as quickly and safely as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore service. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
