Showdown at the Jones Chef Spotlight: The South Plains Food Bank is excited to announce Executive Chef Elijah Escalante from The Texas Tech Club.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Chef Elijah has worked in the culinary industry since age 14 and brings more than 20 years of experience to the competition. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute with a degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management, he has been elevating dining experiences at The Texas Tech Club since 2023.
From unforgettable game days at Jones AT&T Stadium to specialty wine, bourbon, and member dining events, Chef Elijah’s creativity and bold flavors have made a lasting impact at the Club.
On June 4th, Chef Elijah will take the Showdown stage in the South End Zone at Jones AT&T Stadium to support the mission of the South Plains Food Bank.
