Welcome Lady W dearest readers…..

Well, well, well—imagine our delight (and just a touch of dramatic pearl-clutching) when a beloved ladies Mardi Gras association in our area made its dazzling debut in a certain gossip column. Yes, that column. The one usually reserved for scandal, intrigue, and questionable hat choices.

We’d like to take this moment to assure everyone that while rumors may swirl like beads from a float, our krewe is positively thriving. In fact, after a bit of “spring cleaning” we can confidently say the vibes have never been better.

So if you’ve been watching from afar, whispering “should I?” while adjusting your tiara—this is your sign. Come join us! We promise laughter, mischief (the fun kind), and just enough gossip to keep things interesting—but never enough to EVER land us in print… hopefully.

Mardi Gras 2027 dates are out, and we're throwing a party that'll make your beads rattle! 💜💛💜💛

LBdC's parade through Loxley is scheduled for Sunday, February 7th, 2027, at 3pm, and it's shaping up to be a bigger and better bash than last year's. We're talkin' community shenanigans, a ball that'll keep you dancing all night, and riding a float that will be tons of fun?
