Beautiful and chilly day for the burrell St. Patrick's day parade. Longest consecutive running St Pattys parade in Pittsburgh.

Turnout was wonderful and we can't thank the organizers enough for it.

District 1 would like to send our deepest condolences for the loss of Upper Burrell Township Supervisor, Michael Conley.

Not only was he an elected official in our district, but he was a dear friend to our committee. Mike cared so much about his community and was so devoted to his wife Jodi. He always had a smile on his face and was always willing to lend a hand.

He will be terribly missed.

Celebrate the life of Michael Conley and join others in sharing memories, stories, and condolences.

Our annual WCRC Reagan Dinner will be held on April 30, 2026 at Stratigo’s Banquet Centre featuring PA Treasurer and PAGOP endorsed candidate for Governor Stacy Garrity as our keynote speaker and Westmoreland County native and Founder of the Lincoln Institute Lowman Henry as our Master of Ceremonies and Guest Speaker.
