Centralville Sewer Separation Project The Centralville Sewer Separation Project will separate stormwater from sewer pipes to reduce flooding and improve Merrimack River water quality.

Work will occur in phases, with updates shared throughout construction.

📢 Fourth of July Fireworks Update

Please note that the usual fireworks parking and viewing area on Island Street will be unavailable this year due to its use as a construction staging area for Phase 1 of the Centralville Sewer Separation Project.

Residents who typically park and view the fireworks from Island Street are encouraged to plan ahead and choose an alternate viewing location.

Thank you for your patience as this important infrastructure project moves forward.

🚧 Residents and commuters should plan for construction activity and traffic impacts in several areas of Centralville, including near Bunker Hill Avenue, Billings Street, Barker Avenue, Ludlam Street, Hildreth Street, and the VFW Parkway corridor.

Planned water shutdowns are currently anticipated for:

• June 23: Lakeview Avenue / Bunker Hill Avenue area
• June 30: Ennell Street / Hildreth Street area

Affected residents will be notified in advance whenever possible.
