We received a great email from a fellow employee who wanted to recognize Johanna and Mason for the care they provided while transporting their mom from Lowell to Boston (they didnโt know it was our employeeโs mom).
The patient had been dealing with some ongoing cardiac issues and, understandably, was a little anxious about everything going on. She told her family that Johanna and Mason were amazing throughout the transport.
Johanna talked with her for the entire ride to Boston, keeping her comfortable and at ease. In fact, when they arrived, she said she didn't even realize how long the ride had been!
Our employee also shared how reassuring it was knowing their mom was being transported by our crew: "Knowing they were the ones transporting her made my day in Haverhill that much easier knowing she was in good hands."
Sometimes it's the little things, a simple conversation or taking the time to make someone comfortable that leaves the biggest impression.
Great job, Johanna and Mason! Thank you for taking such great care of one of our own and their family. ๐๐
