For anyone living in unincorporated Lake County, I had a productive meeting with Lake County Highway Dept. today. They have 40+ crew members out to pickup branches and clearing blocked county roads. Please continue to report your damage to 211, but also leave a message for the Highway Dept. if you have branches that need to be cleaned up from the roadside. It is important to know the the Lake County Highway Department services the unincorporated areas only. If you live within a milunicipality, please contact 211 and the city or town of your residence.

The Highway Department is responsible for all roads, bridges, and small structures (less than 20 foot span) within Lake County which are not state highways and which are not within the corporate limits of a city or town. Happy Birthday America. Please join the Weiner Dog Family for Shake the Lake 2.0. It does appear the weather will cooperate with the dogs, however, should the dogs get rained out the Shake would be moved to Sunday July 5. It is predicted to be clear at 9 PM lets Shake the Lake.

Shake the lake 2.0 is on with a vengance. It will be located in front of the Wiener dog residence again. On the 4th of July. I have forwarded all your Venmo donations to the Wiener dog himself. He has a complete accounting of all the funds. A big shout out to all the people who have Venmoed, purchased shirts, made the shirts and donated direct to the Wiener Fireworks Foundation. Everyone is invited to watch by boat or POA outlots Location of our outlots are on our website or the county GIS. Take chairs, beverages and roast wieners. Big shout out to John Cullum our trustee for arranging the fireworks launch pad.
