Loudoun County Animal Services will be at the Lovettsville Library this Saturday, June 20, from 9:30-10:30 a.m., to answer questions about your pets' microchips, help you register your chip (bring your number!), and give away coupons for free microchipping at LCAS clinics. LCAS staff will also have their dog tag machine on-site, so you can get a free dog tag with your phone number on it!

💃☘️ Looking for a fun and creative summer activity for your young dancer? The Celtic Rhythm School of Dance has three exciting summer camp opportunities here in Lovettsville!

✨ Jazz/Tap Camp: June 29 – July 3
🩰 Ballet Camp: July 13 – July 17
☘️ Irish Dance Camp: July 27 – July 31

Each camp runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily and is open to ages 5 and up, from complete beginners to advanced dancers. Campers will learn dances, create costumes, props, and sets, and work toward a special performance for family and friends on Friday afternoon.

With the first camp beginning June 29, be sure to sign your dancer up soon! Registration includes a week filled with movement, creativity, new friendships, and plenty of summer fun.

🇺🇸 Thank You for Honoring Our Nation's Flag 🇺🇸

The Town of Lovettsville would like to extend a thank you to everyone who participated in and attended Sunday's Flag Day and Flag Retirement Ceremony at the Samuel A. Finz Municipal Complex.

A special thank you goes to Cub Scout Pack 962 - Lovettsville, local Scouts, Scout leaders, and volunteers who led this year's ceremony and ensured that worn and weathered flags were retired with the dignity, honor, and respect they deserve.

During the ceremony, Scouts respectfully retired:
483 American flags
4 Virginia state flags
1 Loudoun County flag
3 U.S. Navy flags
1 POW/MIA flag

If you have an American flag that is no longer fit for display, please remember that flags may be dropped off at Town Hall year-round for proper retirement at future ceremonies.
