Our mission is β€œWith unwavering dedication, we protect life and property through professionalism, hard work, and fearless service.” miles. We operate out of three locations, Station One at 5180 Rock Valley Parkway, Station Two at 1527 Windsor Rd, and our administrative headquarters at 1535 Windsor Rd. Our city is comprised of primarily residential with a mix of industrial and commercial occupancie

s. We also protect the beautiful Rock Cut State Park which offers a mix of outdoor activities. The Loves Park Fire Department was formed in 1947 and currently operates with 24 full-time members and 10 part-time members who are all professional firefighters, EMT's and/or paramedics.

Recently, we had the opportunity to celebrate three of our members for graduating from the Basic Operation Firefighter Academy.πŸ‘

Becoming a firefighter takes countless hours of studying and training and we are incredibly proud of all of their hard work and dedication.

This past weekend, we wrapped up EMS Week with a little celebration and cookout for our crews! πŸš‘πŸ”₯

Loves Park Fire takes great pride in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our personnel. During this years EMS celebration, administration handed out awards ranging from serious recognitions for lifesaving efforts to some fun and humorous awards that brought plenty of laughs.
