Join us next Tuesday, June 9, from 10 am-2 pm, for the annual NSLD day at Macktown Living History! See historic sites in the beauty of Macktown Forest Preserve. Listen to a story, make a special parade wand, and enjoy a cool treat after!

Also, from 10 am -11:30 am, kids can bring their favorite toy or stuffed animal to parade in nature! Free admittance with a library card. All ages welcome.

Join NSLD and the leaders at Severson Dells Nature Center for a gentle guided walk to discover beautiful wildflowers in bloom! This easy one-mile hike is perfect for adults and families with children of all ages. Comfortable shoes are recommended, and space is limited.
