๐Ÿ‚ The Loveland Police Department is proud to support the annual Pass-It-On Food Drive! ๐Ÿ

A beloved Loveland tradition for over 20 years, the Pass-It-On Food Drive helps provide Thanksgiving and Christmas meal baskets to hundreds of local families in need.

This year, LPD employees and staff are collecting bags or boxes of brown sugar (light or dark) and 32 oz (or smaller) bottles of vegetable oil to help make the holidays a little brighter for our neighbors.

Please join us in helping local families this holiday season. The L.I.F.E. Food Pantry has been serving the Loveland community since 2001 and now supports over 1000 clients each month.

Weโ€™re collecting the following items: Cereal, Oatmeal, Canned chicken, Canned tuna, Beef stew, Chili, Canned fruit, Pasta, Cleaning supplies, Paper towels, Tissues, Toilet paper

Every item makes a difference.

If youโ€™d like to join us in supporting this wonderful cause, donations can be dropped off at:
๐Ÿ“ Loveland Safety Center
126 S. Lebanon Rd, Loveland, OH 45140

Together, we can make a difference and keep the spirit of giving alive in our community! โค๏ธ

๐Ÿš’ Congratulations, Chief Otto Huber! ๐Ÿš’

The City of Loveland is proud to announce that our new fire station, currently under construction at 220 E. Loveland Avenue, will be named in honor of longtime Loveland-Symmes Fire Department Chief Otto Huber.

Chief Huber has dedicated 50 years of service to the Loveland community, leading with distinction and earning recognition at the local, state, and national levels for his commitment to public safety and firefighter training. From receiving the Ohio Fire Service Distinguished Service Award in 2023 to being honored with the 2025 Alan Brunacini Fire Service Executive Safety Award, Chief Huberโ€™s legacy is one of visionary leadership, innovation, and devotion to community safety.

โ€œChief Huberโ€™s contributions to the safety of our city over his 50 years of service made naming the new station in his honor an easy decision,โ€ said Mayor Kathy Bailey.

Once complete, the new facility will replace Historic Downtownโ€™s Station 63 and proudly bear Chief Huberโ€™s nameโ€”a lasting tribute to his leadership and service. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Please join us in congratulating Chief Huber on this well-deserved honor! ๐Ÿ‘
