Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the HR Compensation Professional plans, designs, develops, implements and evaluates the city’s compensation and classification programs. This position will be responsible for providing advice on compensation and classification methodologies using complex problem-solving and research initiatives in support of equitable salary structures and market competitiveness that is aligned with the compensation philosophy. Salary range: $67,978.56 - $91,771.06 annually, DOQ. This opportunity will be available until Tuesday June 23, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. M.S.T.

🚜Equipment Operator Stormwater Maintenance
Serves as an Equipment Operator for stormwater operations and maintenance activities. Work hours are 10 hours per day four days per week, Monday through Thursday. Salary range: $25.42- $34.32 per hour DOQ. This opportunity will be available to applicants until Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. M.S.T.

⚖️Assistant City Attorney I - Prosecutor
The Assistant City Attorney I, Prosecutor primarily prosecutes cases in and appeals from Municipal Court, particularly juvenile arraignments, adult arraignments, show cause hearings, pretrial conferences, and trial work. Additionally, works as Team Lead for representation of the Code enforcement Offices. Provides legal representation and advice to the City, City boards and commissions, and City staff; and to perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the City Attorney. Salary range: $104,737.36 - $146,632.30 annually, DOQ. This opportunity will be available to applicants until Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. M.S.T.

🔌Utility Financial Services Manager
The Utility Financial Services Manager serves as the strategic financial leader for the City’s utility enterprises, including Water, Wastewater, Power, and Broadband (Pulse). This position provides expert-level financial stewardship and directs Utility Financial Services by leading enterprise-wide financial planning, rate design, long range modeling, revenue forecasting, financial reporting, and modernization of the annual budget process and accounting practices. This is a full-time exempt position. Salary range: $115,390.70 - $167,316.66 annually DOQ.

✨Production Front of House Assistant Part-time
Assist with a variety of event support duties, which may include volunteer management, house management, and event hospitality. Work hours vary, including nights and weekends. Salary range: $16.76- $21.27 per hour, DOQ.

🧑‍🔧Maintenance Worker Operations & Sports Turf, Part-year
Assist Parks Division workers to help ensure safe, clean, well-maintained facilities, hardscapes and sports fields at assigned locations. Most assignments will require regular weekend hours of a Thursday through Monday, or Friday through Tuesday work schedule. Some positions will work a traditional Monday through Friday schedule. Salary range: $18.00- $22.00 per hour, DOQ.

The City's vendor (Vector Disease Control International) have begun routine mosquito control services, which include spraying schedules, testing of mosquitoes that carry West Nile, and eliminating mosquito larvae while they are still in their aquatic habitat whenever possible.
