The General Primary Election will take place on Tues., May 19, 2026. Residents can take advantage of Advanced Voting times and locations from Mon., April 27, 2026, to Fri., May 15, 2026. To view a sample ballot, visit the Clayton County Elections and Registration webpage.

Advanced voting locations are open:
• Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Sunday: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

We receive countless calls for service about noise, and trust us we are not looking to rain on yall’s parade!

In a post pandemic world, we want our valued citizens to LIVE LIFE OUT LOUD! Buttttt we also have to be respectful.

So, while we love the energy, we’re just asking you to keep your neighbors in mind and consider this:

🕚 The General quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

During those hours, we gauge anything we can hear from 50 feet of the source to be a violation.

So, if your speakers are competing with the moon or your neighbors can sing the lyrics, it might be time to turn it down just a notch.
