Notice is hereby given that a Special Business Meeting of the Hillview City Council will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Hillview Government Center, 283 Crestwood Lane, Louisville, Kentucky 40229.
The purpose of the Special Business Meeting is to consider and conduct business concerning the following agenda items:

II. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. ROLL CALL
IV. 2026 REAL AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX RATES
A. Consideration and vote on the 2026 Real Property Tax Rate.
B. Consideration and vote on the 2026 Tangible Personal Property Tax Rate.
V. FIRST READING – ORDINANCE NO. 2026-08
An ordinance establishing the 2026 Real Property Tax Rate for the City of Hillview.
VI. FIRST READING – ORDINANCE NO. 2026-09
An ordinance establishing the 2026 Tangible Personal Property Tax Rate for the City of Hillview.
VII. FIRST READING – ORDINANCE NO. 2026-10
An ordinance establishing the 2026 Ad Valorem Personal Property Tax Rate on Motor Vehicles and Watercraft.
VIII. FIRST READING – ORDINANCE NO. 2026-11
An ordinance establishing the 2026 Ad Valorem Tangible Personal Property Tax Rate for Public Service Companies.
IX. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Consideration of a motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c) for discussions concerning pending litigation involving the City of Hillview.
The City Council will return to open session following the Executive Session. Any final action, if necessary, will be taken in open session.
X. ADJOURNMENT
