That’s a wrap on the 10th Annual Love Your Neighborhood in Parkland!

This weekend, more than volunteer groups came together to complete exterior home repairs, cleanups, landscaping, safety improvements and other neighborhood projects that help create a safer, healthier and more beautiful Parkland.

The day also included a special press conference and street banner unveiling honoring notable Parkland people and places that have helped shape the neighborhood’s history, culture and community spirit.

Louisville Habitat had a wonderful time participating in the Portland Festival - Louisville, KY! Our parade group included Habitat homeowners, repair recipients, volunteers, DIY workshop participants, advocates, and staff for a special reunion in historic Portland. Louisville Habitat is headquartered here on Bank St and we have been investing in Portland for close to 30 years! Habitat is proud to call Portland home.

The donated materials will help stock Habitat’s ReStores with home improvement items.
