Louisville Students for Justice in Palestine is a registered student organization at the University of Louisville. Our purpose is to raise awareness about the struggle for Palestinian liberation by providing educational programming on campus during the school year. We stand in

solidarity with the Palestinian Right of Return and indigenous communities around the world leading anti-racist, anti-colonial movements. Our organization has worked with other groups in the Louisville community including Louisville Committee for Peace in the Middle East (LCPME), Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), and Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) to increase community understanding of solidarity and intersectional justice work.

The University of Louisville Students for Justice in Palestine stands in solidarity with the eight UMich activists indicted last Wednesday. The state has chosen a path of continued repression against Palestine activism.
We refuse to allow this path to chill the student support for Palestine. Instead we stand in solidarity with those indicted, and understand this tactic for what it is: an admission from the state of the ability for students to expose and oppose the imperialism and zionism central to the university. We will continue to fight these complicit institutions and for the freedom of our comrades.

Peaceful protestors also showed their support for Palestine with a banner calling for the university to divest.

Live from Cuba! 🇨🇺

Last weekend, some of our students joined the to Cuba, to help deliver over $600,000 worth of medical aid, school supplies, food, and more to the nation as it faces unrelenting sanctions from the U.S. We stand here in unwavering support to Cuba in its efforts for self-determination and its recognized ties to the Palestinian struggle under lethal aggression and blockades by imperialist forces.
This could not have been possible without your contributions to our recent donation drive! We thank everyone who sent something in. Viva Cuba 🇨🇺🇵🇸
