Time is winding down to sign up for Homestead Exemption

1.‼️ Turned 65 in 2025
2. 🎯Moved, bought or sold land
3. 🎯Setup life estate or trust or had any change in your deed
4. ‼️First time homeowner
5. ‼️Had a spouse pass away, got married or remarried, separated or divorce
6. 🎯Became disabled or declared 100% Disabled Veteran.
7. 🎯Own your mobile home and land.
🎯🎯🎯MUST FILE BY APRIL 1ST
🚨🚨Also, if you have just recently bought a house or land or sold your home and land, please be sure to clarify tax responsibilities with your closing agent or attorney.
