✨ Advocacy in Action: A Grace-Centric Approach ✨

OPEN TO ALL WOMEN

Sisters, the world doesn’t just need more advocates — it needs better ones.

On September 9, is the launch of the next cohort of Advocacy in Action, an 8-week group coaching experience designed to help women build the muscle, rigor, and grace to advocate for equity in every space we enter.

This isn’t about call-outs, clap backs, or shame-driven activism.

This is about cultivating courage, clarity, and compassion so we can lead conversations that heal, not harm.

If you’ve ever thought:
• “I care deeply about equity, but I’m not sure how to show up without misstepping.”
• “I want to advocate with confidence and heart — not fear and ego.”

…this program was designed for you.

Join us → We begin September 9.
Your voice matters. Your advocacy matters. The world needs you grace-centered and equipped.

What Are Your Kids Learning About Race?

Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, teacher, auntie, or mentor—this conversation is for you. What we model matters. Silence teaches. And influence goes far beyond bloodlines.

We’ll be reflecting on:
– What values we’re teaching (intentionally or not)
– How race shows up in our parenting and caregiving
– What it looks like to raise kids who are conscious, not just “kind”

You’ll also get to hear from Dr. Nikki R. Lanier about her powerful new book, Uncommon Ground—a guided journal for raising kids who can thrive across difference.

✨ Come as you are. Let’s grow together.

Juneteenth: A Day to Remember, Reflect, and Respond

Juneteenth marks the day in 1865 when the last enslaved Black Americans were finally informed of their freedom—two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

It is a day of celebration, yes—but also a day of reckoning.

At RAARE Woman Collective, we hold space for white women doing the intentional work of racial equity. Today isn’t about polished posts or performative allyship. It’s a return to the heart of why we’re here:

To remember the cost of silence.
To reflect on the systems we’ve inherited.
To respond—not with shame, but with responsibility.

We believe:
• Growth begins with grace, not guilt
• Accountability can be compassionate
•And the work of ending racism must start where we live, work, and lead

Juneteenth invites us to ask:
How are we using our influence to create spaces where racism cannot live?
Where do we still have work to do—and are we willing to do it?

This day is sacred. Not just because it marks delayed freedom—but because it calls us into a deeper kind of presence. One where healing, truth, and liberation can take root.

Let us show up with humility.
Let us keep learning with open hearts.
And let us never forget: freedom is not passive—it is practiced.

When Allyship Becomes Performative Pressure

I believe in equity.
In showing up. In listening. In using my platforms to amplify those who’ve been historically silenced.
I go to the events. I share the businesses. I do the work—imperfectly, but intentionally.

But I’ve also learned that allyship isn’t a performance.
It’s not for display.
It’s not about being seen doing the right thing.
It’s about who you are when no one’s clapping.

And yet—sometimes the pressure creeps in.
To explain yourself.
To defend your values.
To prove your heart is in the right place when someone questions your motives…
even when you’ve already lived your commitment ten times over.

This is for those of us who are trying to get it right—who lead with love, who center equity not as a trend but as a throughline—
and still find ourselves managing the emotional labor of someone else’s assumptions.

Let me be clear: feedback matters. But not all projections are your responsibility.

You can show up.
You can stay in integrity.
You can hold space for hard truths—and still say, this is not mine to carry right now.

That’s not fragility. That’s discernment.

To the bridge-builders, the boundary-holders, the imperfect but intentional leaders:
You don’t have to turn your allyship into a performance to prove it’s real.

Sometimes silence is strength.
Sometimes redirection is protection.
Sometimes choosing not to engage is the most powerful thing you can do to stay aligned with your actual work.

Keep building. Keep showing up.
But do it from your center—not from someone else’s stage.
