The Kentucky Manufacturing Career Center (KMCC) was founded in 2013 with the purpose of providing high-quality manufacturing training to job seekers in the Louisville region. The KMCC is a partnership among Jefferson Community and Technical College, Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) Adult Education, JCPS Career and Technical Education, JCPS Iroquois High School Magnet Career Academy and Kentu

ckianaWorks. The KMCC is operated by KentuckianaWorks, the Workforce Development Board for the Greater Louisville region consisting of Jefferson, Bullitt, Henry, Oldham, Spencer, Shelby and Trimble counties. If you don’t already have the necessary skills for a manufacturing job, we offer the training help to get you ready. Employers – The KMCC is a single location for employers to advertise manufacturing jobs that will connect to the regional workforce system. It can provide assessment and training services for manufacturing employees to increase their manufacturing skills. Employers also can take advantage of opportunities to promote the manufacturing sector through marketing, outreach and programming.
