Warriors leaving their mark! Middle and High School Cadets from Jefferson County NJROTC Unit stand tall with the pilots from the US Navy’s Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Team. Warrior students enjoyed a field trip down to Naval Air Station Jacksonville to watch the Blue Angel Air Show on 21 October 2022. They had an opportunity to get up close and personal with some of key members of the Blue Angel team. The mission of the Blue Angels is to showcase the teamwork and professionalism of the United States Navy and Marine Corps through flight demonstrations and community outreach while inspiring a culture of excellence and service to country. The mission of the NJROTC program mission is to instill in students in United States secondary educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment.
