Belgravia Court Victorian-era mansions and townhomes in a beautiful walking court in the historic preservation district of Old Louisville.

Belgravia Court is Louisville, KY's premier walking court. The court was planned and developed in 1892 on part of the grounds of the former Southern Exposition. After years of decline, the court began a major revitalization effort in 1962. In 2012 Begravia Court will celebrate the 120th of its development and the 50th of its revitalization.

Old Louisville, and Belgravia Court, have been in the news recently with the release of the HBO documentary, "Murder in Glitterball City."

The movie is based on David Domine's book, "A Dark Room in Glitterball City." David is an author who lived among us for many years. He continues with a business that leads historic and ghost tours through Old Louisville.

It's the tale of a murder that took place in 2009. It's very dark in places. But the movie also includes comments from many of our neighbors. They highlight our wonderful neighborhood for its architecture, its history and the diversity of the people with whom we all live. This is the Old Louisville we all know.

The movie shows that light conquers darkness.
