Louisburg Fire Chief Gerald Rittinghouse received a donation of $2,000 from representatives of the local Peace Lodge 243 this morning at the Louisburg Chamber of Commerce Connections event. The fire department battled a large hay bale fire earlier in the week and have been monitoring it all week for flare ups.
