Jo Erin Stuteville for USD 416 School Board Position 3 I am Jo Erin Stuteville, married to Adam, both alumni of Louisburg USD 416. Running for USD 416 Position 3 was an easy decision for me.

As many of you know, Louisburg is our hometown, but our community has grown so much that I would like to introduce myself to those in USD 416 Position 3 that I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting. We have two children, Afton, a 7th grader at Louisburg, and Evan, a preschooler at QHR WEA. Being a community minded business professional, district alumni, and a parent, I have a vested interest in

the success of our district and would be honored to bring my talents to the board table. Those of you that already know me know that I make common sense decisions and will always put the best interest of the students and staff at the forefront of each vote I cast. My decision to run for Position 3 is not backed by a political agenda. The decisions I make will be based on feedback from my constituents, expert opinion, and my own common-sense analysis. My actions will embody The Wildcat Way.

To all 265 of you that selected my name on the ballot, I am beyond grateful.

The support you have all shown me is humbling. Tonight was a great example of our town coming together to make the right decision for our school district.

So many of you have reached out asking how you can help with our campaign - my ask of everyone is to text/call/knock on a door of someone in zone 3 and share with them why you support me and encourage them to reach out to me with any questions.
And even more importantly—- VOTE on November 2nd!! Make sure your family, friends, and neighbors have a ride to their polling location.

We are in the final stretch and every vote counts!

Earlier this week I had the chance to visit Louisburg Middle School. Mr. Proctor showed me some of the recent updates to the building as well as where the new addition will be. I also pointed out to him where I got on the World Wide Web for the very first time, as a senior, in the librarian's office in 1997. 😆

Mr. Proctor's enthusiasm for the students, staff and building were apparent from the beginning of our meeting. There was definitely a feeling of team atmosphere and genuine care and concern. He was telling me about the frequent meetings that the teachers have to identify students with potential needs so that they can collaborate on how to build a successful plan to ensure success for the student. Going the extra mile, that's the LMS way.

My desire to help USD 416 continue to thrive and prosper was further confirmed as I walked thru the building, listening to the choir prepare for their upcoming concert. Making sure our students are given every opportunity that our district can possibly provide them is something I wholeheartedly believe in and will fight for.
