Just one bit of evidence that shows how important these oak trees are-
Although the occupants have flown this little nest, other birds are quite vocal around the garden today as always- that’s something all of you enjoy when you visit the nursery and what makes it more than just a place to shop for plants.

Spent this week creating custom design – from the bluestone patio to the Riverstone accent around the perennial border .
Work began with a complete clay and roots excavation followed by soil amendment and grading.
This was a fun job – the client is very happy!

Hello garden friends, our original plan for having the whole spa experience right here at Portridge Garden has changed due to insufficient ticket sales, so while we will be out here celebrating all things botanical and sharing the love of nature with you, the spa treatments will be held at Zen River Spas Louisburg location at 111 N Main Street.
Come on out the garden we’ll have plenty of sparkling lemonade for you – relax and raise of our lovely oak trees. Buy some great plants and then make your way to Zen River spa in town –
