Loudon County General Sessions and Circuit Offices are opening at noon tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 2nd. All Juvenile and General Sessions cases will be reset for a later date.

Out of an abundance of caution for staff and the general public, Loudon County General Sessions and Circuit Offices are closed today. All cases for today have been reset. Everyone stay safe out there!

In light of the forecasted re-freezing tonight, the Loudon County Juvenile and General Sessions courts will reschedule all cases set for Monday, January 26, 2026. The clerk's office will open at 10:00 a.m. on January 26, 2026, and will provide assistance with rescheduling.

LOUDON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED MAY 1st and 2nd. We are excited to be transitioning those two days from our temporary location back to the Historic Loudon County Courthouse. Offices and Courts will be opening at the Courthouse on Monday, May 5, 2025.

All cases scheduled in Loudon County General Sessions today will be rescheduled. If you had a case scheduled today, you will be notified by the clerk’s office of a new court date.

Loudon County General Sessions and Circuit Courts will be closed Wednesday all day and Thursday morning. Offices will reopen and courts resume at noon on Thursday (Traffic Court - Thursday at 1:00). We will be working to reset all Criminal and Civil cases.
