What an incredible OHV Overnight Trip! 🏜️🔥

Our participants spent two days exploring the trails, building riding skills, learning responsible OHV recreation, and making memories with friends along the way. From scenic views and exciting rides stories, plenty of laughs, this trip was one to remember.

Of course, every adventure comes with a few challenges—we even had a blown tire on one trailer and blew an engine on another truck! But that didn’t slow us down.

A huge thank you to the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish for helping make trips like this possible. Their support allows us to provide youth with safe, educational, and unforgettable outdoor experiences.

Thank you to all of our participants for making this trip such a success. We can’t wait for the next adventure! 🏍️💨

🏕️🌲 Interest Check! 🌲🏕️

Los Lunas Open Space is considering offering an Overnight Summer Camp for youth ages 8–12 during the week of July 27 at Manzano Mountain Retreat.

Before we move forward with planning, we’d like to see how much interest there is from our community.

Big adventures on the river for Los Lunas Schools 🌊🔥

We had an awesome time rafting with students from Valencia High School and Los Lunas High School! From teamwork on the water to stepping outside comfort zones, this trip was full of laughs, memories, and adventure.

A huge thank you to the New Mexico Outdoor Recreation Division for helping support outdoor recreation opportunities like these for our youth and community.
