Family Enrichment Community Program- Children's Bureau Family Enrichment Community Program (FECP) is a pilot program of Children's Bureau designed to build the capacity of parents in the community.

FECP seeks to strengthen the resilience of families and to strengthen the protective factors in a way that facilitates parents and caregivers to reach out to each other in their neighborhoods, public forums, faith-based community, schools and other locations to transform their lives and communities they live in.
