Thanks to the boxes and receptacles provided by Athens Services, we can help keep Festa Italiana clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone who comes to celebrate with us.

With thousands of guests filling the streets throughout the day, having trash and recycling receptacles throughout the festival makes a tremendous difference.
Their support helps our volunteers and our Clean Team keep the celebration running smoothly — from the first guest to the final cleanup.

🎤🇮🇹 MEET OUR AMAZING EMCEE — GIANA CARLI! 🇮🇹🎤

We are thrilled to announce that the talented Giana Carli will be the Emcee of Festa Italiana 2026!

Born and raised in Chicago, Giana discovered her love for comedy and performance at The Second City, where she began performing sketch and improv comedy. Her passion for being in front of the camera eventually brought her to Los Angeles, where she has appeared in short films, feature films, and television shows.

And her love of entertainment doesn’t stop there! Giana also creates her own comedic sketches and shorts, and when she’s not acting, she works for a Los Angeles-based production company.

But here’s something we absolutely LOVE about Giana: she speaks four languages! Mandarin Chinese, Italian, Spanish, and English!

With her incredible energy, humor, talent, and Italian spirit, we know Giana will bring something truly special to the Festa Italiana stage. ❤️🤍💚

Get ready for an unforgettable day of Italian food, music, culture, entertainment, and community as Giana guides us through Festa Italiana 2026!

We are happy to announce that the Italian American Club of San Pedro will be honored at Festa Italiana 2026!

Founded in 1986, the Italian American Club of San Pedro has spent 40 years preserving and celebrating Italian heritage, culture, and traditions right here in our community.

This year is especially meaningful as the Club celebrates its 40th Anniversary — four decades of friendship, family, unity, community, and Italian pride in San Pedro.

We are honored to celebrate this incredible milestone with them at Festa Italiana on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Today, The Little Italy of Los Angeles Association joins our nation in remembering September 11, 2001 — the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who showed extraordinary courage and selflessness.

We remember the first responders, firefighters, police officers, military members, and ordinary people who stepped forward to help others.

We remember the strength of our communities and the importance of standing together with compassion, unity, and hope.

We will never forget.

🇮🇹 SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL IS HAPPENING AT FESTA ITALIANA! 🇮🇹

We are beyond excited to announce that the incredible children of Benjamin Franklin Elementary School in Glendale, a Dual Language Immersion Magnet School, will be opening Festa Italiana 2026!

These amazing young students will perform the National Anthem, along with some beautiful Italian songs, helping us kick off this special day dedicated to Italian-American heritage, culture, and community.

For us, this is about so much more than a performance. It is about passing the baton on to the next generation. Here at LILAA, we believe in giving our children a place at the table, celebrating their talents, embracing inclusion, and making sure that Italian culture continues to live, grow, and evolve through the generations.

A heartfelt GRAZIE to the wonderful teachers Daniela Pino, Cristina Mazza, Antonella Hartel, the school principal Ms. Monica Hilario, the papa' Roberto Congiu who spearheaded this project, the parents, and every single person working so hard to make this possible.

Your dedication and support mean more than we can say.

Our hearts are bursting with gratitude and excitement knowing that Festa Italiana will begin with the voices of these incredible young people.

The future of our culture is in their hands—and we couldn't be more proud.
