Supporting Healthy Teen Body Image and Self-Respect - In a social media culture obsessed with physical beauty ideals, teens are at high risk for struggling with negative body image and eating disorders. Judaism teaches us to value and protect our bodies, not to hate, punish, or reject them. In this virtual session, Robin Wald will lead us in a discussion about how parents can support teens of all genders to cultivate a healthy and respectful relationship with their physical bodies, food and eating, and exercise.
